Refund and Returns Policy
In the event of a return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example if you received a different product than the one you ordered) in order to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
1. Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Product must have been purchased exclusively from 4jpparts.
3. The defective product is replaced with the same product if there is otherwise availability of another of equal value.

In the event that the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the package with the courier company that made the delivery to 4jpparts, and the transport costs are borne by 4jpparts. *Please note that the return shipping costs are charged by our company only in case of our error or defective product. In any other case, the costs are €5 and are borne by the customer.
**The return process has an average time of 10 working days.
In the event that the user has in the past placed an order, which without justification has not been received, then the store reserves the right to ask the user for a discount on the order through a deposit to the company’s bank account.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without reason within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product(s).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. a letter to be sent by post – EL.TA. or e-mail)
If you withdraw from the purchase you must return the product(s) in the condition you received them with the retail receipt. The product(s) must not have been washed, not been used in any way, have all their tags and their packaging(s) must not have been damaged. Refunds cannot be made if the product(s) have been used after opening or if they are damaged. The return is made to the supplier (4jpparts) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. In this case, you bear the direct cost-expense of returning the goods.
The return of the item(s) is accepted, only if the Customer has previously paid any amount incurred by the company (4jpparts) for sending the product(s) to him as well as the shipping costs for his/her return. Likewise, the company is obliged to refund to you the price received as well as the delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it has received the goods(s) back. The company will execute the refund by depositing into a bank account indicated by the customer. In any event, you will not be charged for such refund. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling them other than that which is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function.
