If we encounter a problem in processing your order (such as a missing product), one of our representatives will call you on the contact number you have provided, in order to find a solution together for the best possible service for you.

All orders placed online after 19:00 start processing by us on the next working day. All orders take 1-5 business days to be processed (Weekends are not considered business days). In case the products you have chosen are not immediately available, your order will be sent by us on the exact day we collect the products.

The direct shipping that we mention on each product is defined from 1 to 3 working days of delivery for all of Greece and the shipping method is carried out by Speedex transport. In case of missing a design, the design is replaced on the same day of the order with a similar design, where a photo is sent to you for approval.
